About

Care for the Whole Self

My goal is to provide a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can explore and address concerns related to problematic sexual behavior, relationships skills, and sexual well-being. Whether you’re facing challenges with desire, communication, or sexual functioning, I’m here to help you navigate these sensitive areas with compassion and evidence-based strategies. Together, we’ll work towards enhancing your understanding of your sexual wellness and building a more fulfilling, confident connection with yourself and your relationships.

A minimalist wooden desk in a quiet therapy office, with a closed, charcoal-gray hardcover journal centered on a smooth surface, a fine-tip pen resting diagonally across it, and a small sand timer half-finished nearby. In the background, a blurred bookshelf displays neutral-toned psychology books and subtle decor. Soft, diffused morning light enters from the left, casting gentle shadows that emphasize texture without harshness. The mood is reflective and composed, suggesting thoughtful work and structured support. Captured in photographic realism from a slightly elevated angle using the rule of thirds, with a calm color palette of warm woods, soft grays, and muted blues that conveys clarity, focus, and professional care in psychotherapy.

A close-up, photographic realistic image of a therapist’s open notebook on a wooden coffee table, filled with neat, partially blurred handwritten notes and a simple diagram about coping skills. Beside it lies a small stack of discreetly titled psychology books related to sexual health and behavior, with only calming, professional covers visible. A weighted, dark stone stress-relief object sits nearby, its matte surface catching soft overhead light. The background shows an out-of-focus, comfortable sofa with a folded knit throw in muted earth tones. Shot from a low, side angle with shallow depth of field, the lighting is warm and even, creating a focused yet gentle atmosphere that conveys thoughtful, evidence-based care and grounded clinical expertise.
